MEGA CITY Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking or entering Mega City. By entering the premises or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. All offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Mega City is a family entertainment venue. All guestsare expected to always behave respectfully and responsibly.
Mega City reserves the right to:
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
Under 16 Policy
Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted on the premises after 6:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays unless accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
The accompanying adult must remain on-site and supervise minors at all times.
Mega City reserves the right to request valid identification to verify age.
Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
Persons under 18 are not permitted in designated bar areas.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are:
Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Once booked and paid, prices will not increase.
Non-Refund Policy
All bookings and payments are strictly non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for:
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Moving a Booking
Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.
For standard bookings (excluding party packages), rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the booking date.
For party packages, rescheduling is permitted up to 14 days before the booking date.
Rescheduling is not permitted outside of these timeframes
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session.
We will hold your booking for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.
If you arrive late, you may lose some or all of your activity time. No extensions will be guaranteed.
Cancellation by Mega City
If we cancel your booking due to operational or safety reasons, you will be offered:
Participation is at your own risk.
Guests confirm they are physically able to participate.
Certain attractions may not be suitable for:
Flashing lights, loud sounds and physical activity are present in several attractions.
Mega City reserves the right to refuse participation for safety reasons.
Deposits may be required to secure party bookings and are non-refundable.
Minimum party sizes apply.
Party bookings include a party area, which maybe a dedicated room or an allotted space, assigned based on group size and venue capacity.
Final numbers must be confirmed prior to the event.
Balances are payable on the day unless otherwise agreed.
Party organisers are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Outside food and drink is not permitted except pre-approved birthday cakes.
If a party is cancelled after payment, monies are non-refundable, however a transfer within 3 months may be permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Packages are subject to availability.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry.
Alcohol service may be refused at management discretion.
Mega City operates under the Licensing Act 2003.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
Valid photo ID (Passport, UK Driving Licence or PASS card) may be required.
Alcohol will not be served to:
Drunken or disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund.
No outside alcohol is permitted.
The Arcade Arena operates on a prepaid Play Card system.
Tickets are stored digitally.
Outside food and drink is not permitted.
We cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.
Guests must inform staff of allergies prior to ordering.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.
Guests must not:
Anyone engaging in anti-social behaviour may be removed and banned.
Management decisions are final.
CCTV operates throughout the venue for safety and crime prevention.
We may request identification where necessary.
Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared with law enforcement where legally required.
Staff do carry body cameras in the event of an emergency.
Personal belongings are left at your own risk.
Mega City is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
Our liability is limited to the value of your booking except were prohibited by law.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
All promotions:
Mega City reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.
If you experience an issue during your visit, please inform a team member immediately so we can attempt to resolve it.
