Final numbers, activity choices and food orders confirmed 14 days before the event
Minimum 10 guests
Final balance paid 7 days before the event
Subject to activity and room availability
Alcohol only for guests aged 18 or over
£10 non-refundable deposit per person
Larger groups may need to be split into activity rotations
Additional guests subject to availability

Agreed drinks list

Included: medium soft drinks, medium glass of wine, any pint, single shot of alcohol or no-alcohol spirit plus mixer. Excluded: cocktails, milkshakes, large glass of wine, double shots of alcohol or no-alcohol spirits, and large soft drinks.
